We use this information to prepare quotes, review and confirm reservations, coordinate chauffeurs and vehicles, provide trip updates and customer support, process authorized payments, issue receipts or refunds, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law.

SMS privacy and consent

When you actively select the SMS consent checkbox on our reservation form, you agree to receive conversational and transactional text messages from Waban Car Service about your quote or reservation. Messages may include confirmations, payment-link notices, trip reminders, chauffeur and vehicle information, on-the-way or arrival updates, schedule changes, and customer-support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate our business and deliver the transportation service you requested, subject to appropriate safeguards.
