Reservation and messaging terms.

Effective August 11, 2026. These terms apply to Waban Car Service, operated by ALEMJB Logistics Inc.

Reservation requests

A website submission is a request only and does not create a confirmed reservation. A ride is confirmed only after Waban Car Service accepts the request and sends a confirmation. Service remains subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability, weather, traffic, safety conditions, and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Pricing and payment

The displayed trip price applies to the submitted itinerary. If a request is accepted, the confirmation will include a secure payment link and applicable payment instructions. Customer-requested changes involving trip details, added stops, waiting time, route, parking, vehicle requirements, or other services may require an adjusted price. Gratuity is optional.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made at least one hour before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than one hour before pickup, cancellations after the chauffeur arrives, and no-shows are charged the full confirmed amount. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–3 business days after processing.

SMS terms

By actively checking the SMS consent box on the Waban Car Service reservation form, you agree to receive conversational and transactional text messages related to your quote, reservation, payment link, trip reminder, chauffeur or vehicle assignment, chauffeur status, schedule changes, and customer-support requests.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and active reservations. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
